SSPC Youth Site

C.L.A.Y.  (Christ Leading Awesome Youth).
"Melt me, mold me, and use me."

Welcome to our new youth director,
Leticia Peltzer

We invite all youth to join us as we begin our Christ led journey
to fulfill our motto.

One of our most recent projects was serving soup to the congregation after church on Souper Bowl of Caring Sunday (same day as the other super bowl). We raised around $500.00 for the EFIA Food Bank.

Next, we met together and had great banana splits and had our first meeting with our new leader, Leticia Peltzer.

Now our next meeting was really great; it was a reverse progressive dinner where we began with dessert and end with appetizers.  We had 10 youth plus Leticia.  To make matters more interesting, we went from house to house in a
stretch limousine.

Dessert was at the Bitler house, the main dish at Tolar house, bread/fruit at the Wadle house, and we finished with our appetizers at the  Goldsmith house.

See the pictures below to see our fun.

You'll never guess where I am. . .
(He was just trying it out before we got in.)

These ties seemed like a good idea at the time.

Now, I could get used to this.

We're saving a place in C.L. A. Y. just for you. Please join us.

meet on Sundays at 4:30 pm.

Our youth has currently combined grades 8-12.

Events for the remainder of the school year and the summer will be planned (events such as backwards dinners, picnics, lock-ins, Camp Holston, game night, Gatlinburg, weekend trips, triathlon competitions, bonfires, and lots more).  Come join us and invite 10 of your closest friends!  Questions?  Call Leticia. .
